A protocol for S. cerevisiae genome editing with a series of simple-to-use CRISPR-SpCas9/SaCas9/AsCas12a vectors(BYP9733-9770, BY9805-9817) (Okada et al., 2021) was provided by Dr. S. Okada (Kyusyu University, Japan).

2021/9/24 S. pombe strains (FY39933-39966) and plasmids (FYP4966-5019) for iRFP and phytochrome-based optogenetics deposited by Dr. Y. Goto (National Institute for Basic Biology, Japan, Sakai et al. (2021)) are now available on request.
2021/9/15 S. pombe auxin-inducible degron system plasmids (FYP4964-4965) and strains (FY39929-39932) deposited by Dr. T. Sugiyama (Shanghai Tech University, China, Song et al. (2021)) are now available on request.
2021/9/13 A series of simple-to-use CRISPR-SpCas9/SaCas9/AsCas12a vectors for S. cerevisiae genome editing (BYP9733-9770) (BYP9805-9817) (Okada et al., (2021) ) have been deposited by Dr. S. Okada (Kyusyu University, Japan) and are now available on request. A protocol for S. cerevisiae genome editing with these plasmids was also provided by Dr. S. Okada and posted on the top page.
2020/8/27 S. pombe auxin-inducible degron system strains (FY39919-39928) and plasmids (FYP4960-4963) deposited by Dr. Li-Lin Du (NIBS, China, Zhang et al. (2021)) are now available on request.
2021/7/5 A series of simple to use CRISPR/Cas vectors using SpCas9, SaCas9 and AsCas12a with distinct PAMs for genome editing (BYP9733-9770) used in Okada et al., (2021) have been deposited by Dr. S. Okada (Kyusyu University, Japan) and are now available on request.
