A protocol for S. cerevisiae genome editing with a series of simple-to-use CRISPR-SpCas9/SaCas9/AsCas12a vectors(BYP9733-9770, BY9805-9817) (Okada et al., 2021) was provided by Dr. S. Okada (Kyusyu University, Japan).

2023/11/27 S. pombe strains (FY48446-FY48464) and plasmids (FYP6247-FYP6249) for the SLIPT system used in Nakamura, A. et al. (2023) deposited by Dr. Y. Goto (National Institute for Basic Biology, Japan) are now available on request.
2023/11/15 S. pombe casein kinase-related strains (FY48472-FY48474) used in Koyano et al., Genes to Cells, 20, 1046–1058 (2015) and Koyano et al., Molecular and Cellular Biology, 35, 1533–1542 (2015) deposited by Dr. T. Koyano (Shigei Medical Research Institute, Japan) are now available on request.
2023/10/25 Versatile plasmid vectors capable of gene introduction into S. cerevisiae via Agrobacterium-mediated yeast transformation (AMT) (BYP9798-9804, BYP10211-10214) reported by Kiyokawa et al. (2020) and Kiyokawa et al. (2023) have been deposited by Dr. K. Suzuki and Dr. K. Kiyokawa (Hiroshima University, Japan) and are now available on request.
2023/10/13 S. pombe tetracycline-inducible expression system plasmids deposited by Dr. Li-Lin Du (NIBS, China, unpublished) are now available on request (FYP6242-FYP6246). CLICK HERE for more information about these plasmids.
